Contact RCF

RCF Contact for professional audio projects

Reach out with room dimensions, audience targets, event types, current equipment, or a rough bill of materials. A useful response begins with context, so the contact path is organized around the information that integrators, rental managers, and venue teams usually need to share first.

Emergency show-day notes are routed by project priority.

If you are not sure which product family applies, describe the space instead of forcing an equipment choice. Audience depth, mounting options, stage volume, desired low-frequency impact, and staff experience often reveal the correct RCF starting point faster than a model-by-model comparison.

A first reply usually does two things. It maps your request across the RCF range — flown line arrays, installed point-source loudspeakers, subwoofers, stage monitors, and portable powered PA, all built around transducers engineered in-house — and it states plainly where a choice has limits, such as the SPL ceiling and dispersion angle of a single cabinet, the thermal headroom needed for long programs, or the service and weather factors that come with portable deployment. For hands-on confirmation, an application engineer can review drawings and, where practical, arrange a sample or demonstration so the system is judged on the real room rather than a data sheet.

Send the details that shape the system

The form is intentionally compact, but the message field can carry the important facts: venue type, seating plan, schedule, existing infrastructure, and what must improve compared with the current sound system.
